Chicken with “LIASTO ZOUMBERAKIS

METHOD

Saute the chicken with the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes, until golden. Stir in the “LIASTOS ZOUMBERAKIS”, add the tomato sauce, salt and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the olives and pepper. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes and serve! Serve with fries or mashed potatoes.
A highly aromatic dish! Pair with “LIASTOS ZOUMBERAKIS”.

1/2 cup olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup “VIN LIASTOS ZOUMBERAKIS”

2 cups olives
