Salad with “PetimezoRaki ZOUMBERAKIS


Mix the olive oil, orange juice, “PetimezoRaki ZOUMBERAKIS” and some salt. Pour the mixture over your ingredients. Then place them in a shallow dish where you have formed a base with the carob rusks. Add the spinach, rocket, spring onion, dill, fennel, orange, pine nuts and poppy seeds! A particularly flavorful, healthy and good-looking salad. It combines traditional Cretan products with a healthy diet and gastronomy.

1 bulb fennel, finely chopped
2 oranges, peeled, in pieces
10 rocket branches in pieces
10 spinach leaves in pieces
5 dill branches, finely chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts
5 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp orange juice
Cretan carob rusks
Salt and Poppy Seeds
