Salad with “PetimezoRaki ZOUMBERAKIS”
Mix the olive oil, orange juice, “PetimezoRaki ZOUMBERAKIS” and some salt. Pour the mixture over your ingredients. Then place them in a shallow dish where you have formed a base with the carob rusks. Add the spinach, rocket, spring onion, dill, fennel, orange, pine nuts and poppy seeds! A particularly flavorful, healthy and good-looking salad. It combines traditional Cretan products with a healthy diet and gastronomy.
