Apaki with “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” BBQ HOT DRESSING
METHOD
Saute the Apaki for about 5 minutes, stir in the “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” BBQ HOT DRESSING and add the evaporated milk, the single cream, the mustard, and salt. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve with warm toasted bread. A special flavor, full of the fragrances of Crete.
