Avocado Cream with cheese cream and “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” BBQ DRESSING
METHOD
For the Avocado cream, smash the Avocados with the spring onions for 2 minutes, adding the “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” BBQ DRESSING, the lemon juice and the salt.
For the cheese cream, mix the yoghurt with the anthotyro, the zest, the “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” BBQ DRESSING and the salt. Place the Avocado cream in a deep dish and top with 1 large spoonful of cheese cream. An excellent appetizer!
