Chicken fillets with a gruyere sauce and “RETHIMNO ZOUMBERAKIS” WHITE WINE
METHOD
Saute the fillets until golden. Stir in the wine, add the single cream, the salt and the gruyere. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted, and serve. Serve with potatoes or rice. An aromatic, tasty dish! Pair it with a fresh “RETHIMNO ZOUMBERAKIS” WHITE WINE.
