CHARACTER: Deep lemon colour with golden hues, with stone fruit aromas and subtle notes of citrus fruits. Rich-bodied with a creamy texture, good acidity and a long aftertaste with mineral notes.

VARIETY: KOTSIFALI 100% | Vol 13%

LOCATION: AGIA VARVARA, HERAKLEION, at an altitude of 670m.
VINIFICATION: Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Low sulphite content. Unfiltered when bottled.
CHARACTER: Strong fruit aromas adding freshness to the wine. Strawberries and plums, framed by notes of cinnamon, vanilla and allspice. Medium-bodied with round tannins and a long aftertaste.

CHARACTER: Aromas of green fruits and citrus. Full-bodied with high acidity and a long finish.
