Pasteli with “RAKOMELO ZOUMBERAKIS”
METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then lay out the mixture on a non-stick baking tray and bake at 180° for about 10 minutes. Cut in pieces while still warm. May be stored in a cool place for a while. A different suggestion from Rinio’s Recipes, for this traditional sweet with the pep and aroma of “RAKOMELO ZOUMBERAKIS”.
