Penne with Salmon fragranced with “zoumbeRAKI” CRETAN TSIKOUDIA ZOUMBERAKIS
Boil the penne in salted water for 6 minutes. At the same time, in a deep pan saute the garlic, onions and pieces of salmon in olive oil for 2 minutes. Stir in the “zoumbeRAKI” CRETAN TSIKOUDIA ZOUMBERAKIS and add the penne, the single cream and the water. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes, to bind the sauce and release the aromas. Serve with freshly-milled pepper.
