Shrimp saganaki with “OUZO ZOUMBERAKIS”
METHOD
Saute the onion with the garlic and the shrimp for 6-7 minutes. Add the parsley and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ouzo, add the tomato and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cheese, let it melt and serve garnished with the basil! Serve with toasted bread and “OUZO ZOUMBERAKIS”.
