Soutzoukakia (Smyrna meatballs) with “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” WHITE VINEGAR
METHOD
Mix and work the minced meat, the bread, the garlic, the onion, 3 tsp of cumin, 2 tbsp of “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” WHITE VINEGAR, salt and pepper. Shape the meatballs into small cigar-shaped balls, coat them in flour, fry them and set aside. In the pan, add the tomato sauce, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tbsp of “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” WHITE VINEGAR and a pinch of salt and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the meatballs and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes. An aromatic dish that will seduce you with its flavor! Serve with rice or mashed potatoes..
