Rinio’s salad with “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” VINEGAR DRESSING with Orange
METHOD
Mix the olive oil with the “MELISAMICO ZOUMBERAKIS” VINEGAR DRESSING with Orange and salt. Pour the mixture over the grated beetroot and carrots. Place the beetroot, carrots in a deep bowl and cover with a mixture made up of the cream cheese and yoghurt. Garnish with the onion, the caper berries and some black sesame! An easy, tasty and nutritious salad!
